What does a smile makeover cost?

Aesthetic imperfections such as chips, cracks, or gaps can have a negative impact on your confidence. A smile makeover combines multiple cosmetic procedures into one comprehensive treatment. Dr. Cureton tailors every smile makeover to the specific needs of the patient. Whether you need a couple of procedures or several, we can help you achieve and maintain that gorgeous smile you’ve always wanted.

Many patients want to know how much a smile makeover costs. The overall fees depend on several factors, including the types and number of procedures completed. During a visit at our practice, we can give you a cost estimate for your recommended treatment. CareCredit payment plans are offered for those who wish to use them. Nothing should stand between you and the beautiful, healthy smile that you deserve.

Whitening

Do you like the overall shape of your teeth, but just aren’t happy with the color? This is quite common. Thankfully, there is an answer, and you may already have heard of it: teeth whitening! We apply a bleaching solution to the teeth to break apart dental stains. After leaving it on your teeth for about 15 to 20 minutes, we will rinse your teeth, then reapply. This process is repeated until the desired results are achieved. In most cases, the entire treatment takes less than one hour.

Each session generally averages around $650 a session. Attain that fabulous white smile you’ve always dreamed of!

Veneers

Covering only the front surfaces of the teeth, veneers are a popular option for achieving your dream smile quickly and effectively. They come in two styles, porcelain and composite:

  • Porcelain veneers will require 2 visits – one to take an impression of the tooth or teeth, and one to apply the veneer. The impression is sent to a lab after the first visit. Generally, porcelain veneers are hardier and more resilient. They retain the natural appearance of teeth and resist discoloration more readily. They will last longer, too – about 15 years! On average, a porcelain veneer can cost around “$925 to $2500” per tooth.
  • Composite veneers require only 1 visit. They are created in-office with a resin to fit your teeth. These are applied directly to the teeth and are generally the more affordable option, costing around “$250 to $1,500” per tooth

Invisalign

This has increasingly become a popular way to straighten teeth, and we are proud to offer it here at Dr. Cureton’s practice. Invisalign is a company which provides removable clear braces. A 3D scan of your teeth is taken, and computer models create a series of “trays”, or retainers, to slowly move your teeth into the desired position. We work with Invisalign to ensure your teeth are following the right path on the road to straight city.

This process can take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. Every 2 weeks, a new tray is used. There is a slight discomfort for the first few days of wearing a new tray, however this becomes less pronounced later in treatment.

From the Consumer Guide on Dentistry, “the cost of Invisalign treatment is comparable to that of traditional braces – ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 (based on the U.S. national average).”

Dental Implants

Missing a tooth? No problem! Gaps in your smile can be filled in with dental implants. The Dr. Cureton family is here to restore that beautiful smile of yours.

Dental implants are a strong way to attach false teeth. Once the implant has integrated with the jawbone, a custom dental crown is attached. We create your custom crown to match your current color and shape.

From the Dental Implant Cost Guide, “the cost of a single tooth implant ranges from $1000 to $3,000 in addition to $500 to $3000 for the abutment and crown, for an average total cost of $4000.”
